Your experience matters: Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers. Frye Regional Medical Center employs more than 1500 professional and clinical staff. Our medical center is a 355-bed acute care facility which offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient care. How you'll contribute: The Supervisor of Patient Access and Admissions supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or function. The Supervisor who excels in this role: Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
