Key Responsibilities:

In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, ensures implementation and success of NHMG goals. Collaborates with the clinic administrator and physician to recognize and communicate opportunities for improvement related to best operational efficiencies in the physician practice setting. Participates in the interview process. Participates with clinic administrator to maintain employee human resource files based on corporate policy. Attends educational offerings related to his/her competency in the Nursing Field. Supports an environment that respects diversity. Interacts with patients/families daily consistent with the state nursing practice act. Be open and comfortable, being a working supervisor in the clinic's procedural areas as needed. Supervises between 12 to 13 Team Members. Supervises, teaches clinical team, and provides feedback, as needed. Assists in orientation of new team members and serves as a resource person and professional role model, within scope of practice. Asist with assuring competencies of clinical staff and completing of yearly required AME's and Training. What We're Looking For Education :

High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

Experience :

Two years of nursing experience, REQUIRED, Two years of supervisory experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer.
