From the first inquiry, scheduling an evaluation, welcoming someone into the clinic, coordinating their appointments, and following up throughout their experience, you'll help patients feel confident about choosing Anthrokinetics Physio Lab. You'll also have the opportunity to directly influence the growth and organization of a newer private practice. Anthrokinetics Physio Lab opened in May 2026 and is continuing to expand. Today, the clinic is operated by a solo provider, with plans to eventually add several additional providers and support team members. For the right person, this means joining early enough to help shape how the front office operates and building a career alongside the practice. What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert incoming inquiries and leads into scheduled evaluations. Respond quickly, professionally, and warmly to prospective patients by phone and email. Follow up consistently with leads who have expressed interest in care. Help prospective patients understand the next steps and feel confident scheduling. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized clinic calendar. Support a strong, steady schedule that helps patients remain engaged in their care. Track lead activity and communication using the clinic's CRM. Help improve lead-to-evaluation conversion as the clinic continues growing. Patient Communication & Experience Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional clinic experience. Check patients in and out efficiently. Answer questions and provide clear communication about appointments and clinic processes. Follow up with patients regarding scheduling, missed appointments, and upcoming visits. Help patients feel remembered, supported, and confident throughout their experience with the clinic. Front Office Operations Monitor the schedule and communicate changes with the provider throughout the day. Maintain accurate and organized patient information within the EMR and CRM. Help keep clinic communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows organized. Use Google Workspace for day-to-day communication and administrative tasks. Use GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, follow-up, and patient communication. Support the development of front-office systems as the clinic expands. Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and clinic operations. Supporting Clinic Growth Because you'll be joining Anthrokinetics during an important stage of growth, this role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. Great Fit If You:
Have 1-2+ years of healthcare, front office, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar experience . Have worked in an outpatient medical clinic, Physical Therapy practice, wellness center, med-spa, gym, or similar environment . Have experience working with an EMR system . Communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence, especially over the phone. Are comfortable following up with prospective patients and helping convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations. Can confidently manage multiple priorities while staying organized. Enjoy solving problems and making systems run smoothly. Are comfortable learning and using web-based technology, including Google Workspace and CRM systems such as GoHighLevel . Have a genuine interest in healthcare, fitness, movement, or wellness. You Pay:
$20-$25 per hour based on experience , approximately $41,600-$52,000 annually
Schedule:
Full-Time, Onsite, Monday-Friday Current clinic hours are approximately 10:00 AM-7:00 PM , with the final Patient Care Coordinator schedule to be discussed during the interview process. An earlier schedule, potentially beginning around 9:00 AM and ending between 5:00-6:00 PM , may be considered.
