Our dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed behavioral health clinicians, and nursing staff work collaboratively to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral health services to diverse patient populations. Job Summary The Clinical Director serves as the organization's senior clinical authority for behavioral health programs and is accountable for ensuring The Clinical Director will ensure clinical integration, coordination of care, regulatory compliance, evidence-based practice implementation, program effectiveness, staff development, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals and community needs. The position provides leadership and oversight for Professional Counseling Services (PCS) programs, including but not limited to Women's Residential Services, Treatment Court Programs, and other behavioral health initiatives developed by

RHCC. QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of master's degree in a human service-related field and 5 years substance abuse and/or mental health counseling experience. Minimum of 3 years experience providing clinical supervision. Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative and management in a behavioral health program. Licensed in a human services counseling profession, LCAS, LCSW, LPA, LCMHC Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Knowledge of budgets/diverse cost centers and funding sources. Excellent communication skills (speaking/writing). Experience in both long and short-term strategic planning. Ability to provide day-to-day leadership and technical assistance to clinical management and other corporate professionals. Ability to work, plan, and perform duties with minimum supervision. Skilled as a trainer, manager, clinician, and supervisor in both programmatic and clinical service delivery. Maintain all professional certifications, licenses and trainings to provide direct consumer services as required by Core Rules and Service Definitions. Knowledge of women's residential treatment programs. Duties Providing clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral health programs and services. Ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented, and evidence-based treatment services. Establishing and maintaining clinical standards, policies, procedures, and treatment protocols that align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Supervising and supporting clinical supervisors, program directors, and behavioral health staff through ongoing consultation, coaching, performance management, and professional development. Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration between behavioral health, primary care, residential services, and community-based programs. Monitoring program outcomes, service utilization, quality indicators, client satisfaction, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provide grant management and support.
