Job Description
Our team is excited to invite a personable, reliable, detail-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to excel in our New Patient Coordinator position. Works directly with the Orthodontist to educate patients and parents about treatment options, present financial information, assist with scheduling, and help patients feel welcome. Must value excellent customer service and communication, and a healthy, attractive smile! Willingness to learn orthodontic terminology, clinical photography, a genuine interest in people, and excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Candidates with Dental and/or Orthodontic work experience and x-ray certification will be given preference. This full-time position is 4 days/week with competitive pay and benefits including paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick leave, 401k, and group health insurance.
