Bold Steps Behavioral Health seeks an experienced, motivated Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our behavioral health PHP/IOP program in Nashua, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will hold a current independent clinical license in New Hampshire. Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts is strongly preferred but not required. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical team, support high-quality, compliant service delivery, provide clinical supervision, and ensure documentation and treatment practices meet organizational, payer, and applicable state regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to the clinical department. Supervise and support therapists and other clinical staff. Provide clinical supervision consistent with professional licensing requirements. Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, assessments, and discharge planning. Monitor documentation for quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Support appropriate level-of-care determinations and continuity of care. Participate in utilization review, case consultation, and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with applicable New Hampshire requirements and organizational standards. Assist with clinical policies, procedures, quality improvement, and corrective action initiatives. Support staff training, onboarding, and professional development. Collaborate with executive leadership, medical providers, case management, and operations. Maintain a trauma-informed, ethical, and client-centered clinical environment. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline. Current independent clinical license in New Hampshire required. Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts strongly preferred, but not required. License must permit the individual to independently practice within their professional scope and perform the responsibilities required of the Clinical Director. Previous behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience working in PHP, IOP, outpatient behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use treatment preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, utilization review, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
