Key responsibilities include:

• Exceptional customer service skills, in person and telephone

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous dental office, medical office, or insurance experience preferred
• Keep updated on HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
• Professionalism to be demonstrated at all times
• Courteous and caring attitude
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Willingness to learn and think outside of the box The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a positive attitude and make a superb first impression.

Experience in a fast-paced, professional dental/medical practice is preferred. We have 2 office locations, Nashua and Bedford, NH. This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our Bedford and Nashua locations as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working at both sites.
