Oversee grant-funded projects and strategic initiatives. Manage the full grant lifecycle including procurement, reporting, compliance monitoring, and closeout. Serve as the primary liaison with state and federal partners and community stakeholders. Lead efforts associated with CCBHC recertification and regulatory initiatives. Monitor project outcomes, operational metrics, and quality indicators. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and advisory boards. Strengthen collaborative relationships with community partners. Support workforce development and organizational change management. Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of leadership, project management, healthcare operations, or grant administration experience preferred. Experience leading complex organizational initiatives required. Knowledge of CCBHC standards, rural health initiatives, or healthcare compliance preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and project management abilities. Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
