Job Description

Recovery at the Crossroads, LLC is looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery and co-occurring mental health treatment process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be full time, with both day and evening hours (there is some flexibility with times, but a sample schedule could be M, W, F 9am-5pm, and T and Th from 12:30pm-8:30pm). Clinical supervision is provided/included. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation. Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures. Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS. Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth. Qualifications Masters level clinical degree Licensed as either a LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC in New Jersey Minimum of 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred
