Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time Residential Shift

What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support while helping individuals live active, meaningful lives.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment What a Typical Day Looks Like No two days are the same.

Exploring parks, beaches, or local attractions Hosting a backyard BBQ or game night Volunteering in the community Going on shopping trips or movie outings Enjoying creative activities like arts, crafts, or cooking Our goal is simple: create meaningful experiences while building independence and confidence.
