Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee an outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and First Responder program. This position reports to the Regional Clinical Director and provides leadership and clinical oversight to the program and treatment team. The Program Supervisor will oversee daily program operations, support treatment staff, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a clinical resource for the team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Oversee the intake department and intake processes Manage daily onsite program operations Supervise and support treatment staff Coordinate the weekly treatment schedule and make adjustments as needed Arrange group coverage when necessary Serve as a resource, mentor, and role model for staff Intervene in challenging or crisis clinical situations as needed Oversee APNs, including OBAT services Serve as the liaison with the laboratory vendor Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective program operations and quality patient care Qualifications Qualified candidates will hold one of the following: LCADC with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) LPC , preferably with
CCS LCSW
with CCS and/or LCADC Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, clinical supervision, or program management is preferred.
