Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service. This position combines front desk operations, patient communication, scheduling, and marketing support. Responsibilities Patient Experience Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phones, texts, and emails Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments Confirm appointments and manage cancellations Assist patients with forms and paperwork Collect copays and balances Administrative Duties Verify insurance benefits Maintain accurate patient records Upload and organize documents in EMR Track referrals and authorizations Manage waitlists and scheduling gaps Patient Retention & Growth Follow up with missed appointments Reactivate discharged patients Request Google reviews Educate patients on clinic services and programs Assist with package sales and promotions Marketing Support Create social media content (photos, videos, stories, reels) Coordinate community events and workshops Assist with physician and gym outreach Help maintain online reputation and reviews Support marketing campaigns and promotions Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, social media, and scheduling software Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or wellness Experience with medical scheduling or insurance verification Social media and content creation experience
