Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Coordinator to join our healthcare practice since 1997. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient practice management. Your focus will include providing excellent customer service, coordinating schedules, and supporting the overall administrative functions necessary for delivering quality healthcare services to our patients. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while honing your skills in healthcare administration. Duties Oversee healthcare practice management tasks to ensure operational efficiency with India. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient visits with clinician staff . Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and assisting with administrative needs Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation Support billing, coding, and insurance processing as needed for India Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards Collaborate with owner to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations Experience Previous experience in healthcare practice management or medical office administration is required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinicians Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in scheduling and time management Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems, insurance verification and office software is required Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required This role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare administration who excel in customer service, organization, and team collaboration.
