Monday-Friday Join a Team That Changes Lives Graham Behavior Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinic Supervisor in our Forked River location to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs, mentor behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients you serve. What You'll Do As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic Supervisor, you will: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing assessments every six months to develop individualized treatment plans. Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) during initial evaluations or whenever challenging behaviors emerge. Review treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies with parents and caregivers before implementation. Analyze client data weekly to monitor progress, update treatment goals, modify programs, and prepare instructional materials. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and other behavior therapists on treatment implementation and behavior intervention strategies. Provide clinical guidance and ongoing support to behavior technicians. Schedule and facilitate monthly meetings with families, therapists, and clinical leadership as needed. Deliver parent and caregiver training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with schools, physicians, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care. Assist families with IEP meetings, educational planning, autism resources, and coordination of services. Monitor for signs of child abuse and immediately report concerns in accordance with mandated reporting requirements. Provide direct ABA therapy services when staffing needs arise. Communicate concerns regarding clients, families, staff, scheduling, or clinical procedures with the Clinical Director. Assist with annual performance evaluations for behavior therapists. Maintain open communication with families and clinical staff regarding treatment progress and scheduling. Notify leadership of scheduling conflicts or operational concerns requiring resolution. Participate in required meetings, professional development, workshops, and company trainings. Maintain current knowledge of ABA best practices, autism intervention, early childhood development, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and ethical clinical practice. Follow all Graham Behavior Services policies, procedures, BACB Ethics Code, and HIPAA regulations.
