Hearten LLC supports young adults with developmental disabilities as they transition into adulthood. Founded in 2023, Hearten was created in response to the unique challenges young adults face as they move beyond school and into the next chapter of their lives.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BCBA / Clinical Director with teen/adult experience to join our team at Hearten. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical quality of our program, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of growing to approximately 20-25 hours per week as our program expands.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Quality:
Ensure the highest level of clinical quality for the entire program, including supervising BCBAs, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, authorizing and reauthorizing clinical work, and reviewing data and notes to ensure compliance with payer requirements.
Supervision:
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Staff Training:
Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
Clinical Policies:
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Parent Concerns:
Address parent concerns and provide education and support to families to ensure that they are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
Payer Compliance:
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulations, including authorization and reauthorization of clinical work.
Additional Requirements:
Part-time, initially 8-12 hours/week, growing with enrollment to approximately 20-25 hours/week.
