At RWJBarnabas Health , our behavioral health leaders combine clinical expertise with compassionate leadership to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll mentor team members, oversee daily operations, and provide direct clinical services that support recovery and positive patient outcomes. As a Clinical Supervisor, a typical day might include the following: Providing clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to behavioral health team members to promote quality care and professional development. Delivering direct clinical services, including crisis assessments, interventions, comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and service plan development. Collaborating with the Director to recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, and support staff while fostering a positive team environment. Managing daily staffing operations, including scheduling, call-outs, vacation coverage, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times. Coordinating case management activities and ensuring clients receive comprehensive, individualized care throughout their treatment journey. Conducting or assigning client intakes, recruiting referrals, and collaborating with families and community supports as outlined in treatment plans. Participating in discharge planning and coordinating follow-up services to promote continuity of care. Monitoring productivity, collecting operational and customer satisfaction data, preparing purchase orders for program supplies, and supporting departmental quality initiatives.This Role Might Be For You If:

Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related behavioral health field required. Minimum of two (2) years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field required. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate agency vehicles during outreach calls. Prior supervisory experience preferred.Scheduling Requirements:
Full-Time Overnight Shift (12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.) Alternating weekends and holidays required.Benefits
