Treatment and Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist Location:
Spotswood, NJ Compensation:
Starting at $23/hour, to be discussed in more detail after in-person interview.

Schedule:
Full time: Mondays thru Thursdays No Fridays or Saturdays Approx. 34-38 hours per week
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences, AA Degree, RDH or RDA, High School Diploma with dental front office specific training and/or experience 2 years of dental front desk dental office experience
MANDATORY
Familiarity with Open Dental or other similar PMS (i.e. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) mandatory with training available Comfortable with all dental front office responsibilities Help with clinical responsibilities when necessary CPR Certification preferred
Key Qualities We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members Strong organizational skills — particularly for software management, financial, and insurance coordination Clean, detail-oriented, and reliable Flexible and accommodating with patient needs and scheduling Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a strong team culture Enjoys collaborating and participating on social media videos Duties and Responsibilities Check patients in when they arrive for their appointments as well as assist patients with intake procedures, explaining treatment options and insurance details clearly Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits Present, review and process treatment plans with patients, ensuring accuracy in documentation and coding Manage billing processes and ledgers Monitor insurance collection and claims submission Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and health information management standards Schedule patient appointments utilizing scheduling software and multi-line phone systems Provide excellent patient service through proper phone etiquette, front desk support, and clerical assistance Coordinate care plans with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain confidentiality of all medical records and sensitive information How to
