Greet and check-in patients upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect and update patient information following HIPAA compliant practices, including insurance details Pull insurance authorizations Respectfully contribute to a team Consistency in performance and desire to continually improve Clearly and confidently articulate patient education Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Help other departments as needed

Preferred:

Medical scheduling and terminology experience Spanish or Navajo speaker preferred

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
