The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Director / Clinical Director to lead our clinical program. You will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care we deliver and helping our clients achieve lasting recovery. What You'll Do Oversee all clinical operations and program development Ensure full compliance with OASAS regulations and Joint Commission standards Provide strong clinical leadership and supervision to the team Drive quality improvement, outcomes tracking, and continuous growth Collaborate closely with ownership on strategy and expansion Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners Who We're Looking For LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC-D or PsyD Proven experience working in OASAS-licensed facilities Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical supervision skills Deep commitment to recovery and client-centered care Lived experience in recovery is highly valued and preferred What We Offer Competitive salary: $85,000 - $135,000 Health insurance (Aetna
