The Role We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who is truly gifted at developing people. You will coach, mentor, and mold clinicians so they can deliver their best work while growing into stronger professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to bring out the best in others directly impacts the quality of care our clients receive. What You'll Do Provide individual and group clinical supervision that develops real skill and confidence Coach clinicians on clinical work, documentation, and professional growth Review cases and support strong, client-centered treatment planning Ensure clinical quality and compliance with OASAS standards Train and mentor staff on evidence-based practices Help create a positive, collaborative, and recovery-focused team culture Who We're Looking For LCSW, LCSW-R or PsyD (required) Prior supervisory experience (required) Proven ability to develop, coach, and mold clinicians Experience working in OASAS facilities Strong communication, feedback, and people-development skills Genuine commitment to high-quality, client-centered care Lived experience in recovery is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Health insurance (Aetna
