The office manager will play many roles: As part of the front desk team, you will help in the process that allows us to serve 100s of patients every week!. A welcoming energetic person that can multi-task would be a perfect fit. You will be scheduling patients, answering phones, taking payments, and so much more. As part of our marketing team you will be helping to setup events, and out in the community helping with health screenings, talks, and participating in networking and other community events. And as part of the leadership team at the clinic you will be helping to make sure our daily checklists are completed and that the clinic is running to its full potential. You must have a flexible schedule and be available for the hours the clinic is open.
