Job Overview Our friendly, patient-focused private dental practice is looking for a professional and dependable Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills and a strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Answering phones and assisting patients Managing the patient communication system, including text messaging, reminders and follow-up communications Monitoring and responding to office email communications Patient check-in and check-out Scheduling appointments Submitting and following up on insurance claims Taking patient payments Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records Scanning documents into patient charts Sending referrals to specialists General administrative and front office support Qualifications Previous dental or medical office experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated and dependable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team If you are looking for an opportunity to join a welcoming private practice that values teamwork, patient care and professional growth we'd love to hear from you!
