Bodylogic Spa is a busy, locally owned massage, skincare, and wellness spa on the East End of Long Beach. We're looking for a warm, organized, dependable person to join our front desk team. This is a year-round, part-time position with consistent shifts. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team, learn the business, and stay with us—not someone looking for a temporary or seasonal job. College students are absolutely welcome to apply, provided your schedule allows for a consistent, long-term commitment. You'll be a great fit if you: Are friendly, polished, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with people Communicate confidently in person, on the phone, and by text Are organized and comfortable juggling multiple things at once Are computer savvy and learn new software quickly Pay attention to details and understand that the little things matter Are available for approximately 3-4 shifts per week, including some evenings and weekends Have experience in a spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer-service environment—or are eager to learn What you'll do: Welcome guests and help set the tone for their entire visit Answer calls and texts and help clients choose and schedule services Book, change, and cancel appointments accurately Handle guest check-in, checkout, payments, gift cards, and rebooking Help clients with retail products and spa recommendations Support our massage therapists, estheticians, and management team throughout the day Open and close the spa as scheduled Keep the front desk, retail area, supplies, and back-of-house organized and running smoothly Help solve the small problems that come up in a busy spa before they become big ones About Bodylogic We're an independent neighborhood spa—not a franchise—and we take a lot of pride in what we've built.
