You will work directly with our doctor and patients, helping patients implement and stay on track with their functional medicine programs while also supporting patient coordination, our online community, social media, and day to day office operations. This is a hands on, patient facing position for someone who genuinely loves natural health and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This is not a exclusively health coaching position. Brain, Body, and Biochemistry. We integrate chiropractic care, functional medicine, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation to help patients improve their health and function. What You Will Be Doing Help patients implement doctor prescribed diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation recommendations Support patient follow through between visits and help patients stay engaged and accountable to their programs Coordinate nutritional supplement orders Communicate patient questions, progress, and concerns to the doctor Help manage and grow our online community and social media presence through posting, engagement, and content support Assist with general office administration, scheduling, reception overflow, and patient flow as needed Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience Pitch in wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about functional and natural health and genuinely enjoys helping people make meaningful lifestyle changes. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, comfortable working directly with patients, and an excellent communicator. You should take initiative, follow through, and be comfortable moving between patient coaching, administrative responsibilities, social media, and general office support throughout the day. Monday:

10:30 AM to 7:00

PM Tuesday:

7:30 AM to 7:00

PM Wednesday:

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, approximately 1 to 2 times per month

Thursday:

7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Requirements Health coaching, nutrition, or functional health certification required Genuine interest in functional medicine, natural health, nutrition, and wellness Excellent communication and patient facing skills Strong organizational skills and follow through Comfortable with or interested in learning social media content and online community engagement Comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping wherever needed Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Mamaroneck, NY This is a fully in person position

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience (Training Rate is $22/hour for the first 30 days)
