This is not a traditional gym position. You will work alongside our doctor in a clinical setting, guiding patients through rehabilitation based movement, corrective exercise, and recovery. Unlike many personal training positions where you are paid only when actively training a client, this position offers approximately 30 to 32 guaranteed paid hours per week. We are looking for someone who loves working with people, enjoys being active throughout the day, and has a genuine interest in movement, rehabilitation, and natural health. What You Will Be Doing Guide patients through doctor prescribed rehabilitation exercises, stretches, strengthening, and corrective movement Monitor patient movement and progress and communicate relevant findings to the doctor Motivate patients and help keep them accountable to their rehabilitation programs Assist with in office therapies, including Shockwave Therapy and other therapeutic modalities. Full training is provided and no prior experience with these modalities is required. Support patient flow and assist the clinical team wherever needed Help create a positive, professional, and high level patient experience Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, dependable, and confident working directly with patients. You should be comfortable being on your feet throughout the day, take initiative, pay attention to detail, and naturally notice where help is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainer who wants the stability of consistent, guaranteed hours while gaining hands on experience beyond the traditional gym environment.
