8 hour shifts between 6:45 am - 8:00 pm

Pay Range:

$18/hr- $20/hr

•Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

Schedule and manage patient appointments while optimizing provider schedules. Check patients in and out and ensure a smooth registration process. Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into the EMR/Epic system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Manage referrals and Plans of Care (POCs). Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, copays, and outstanding balances. Collect patient payments, including copays and outstanding balances.

Requirements:
Education:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Years of experience: At least one year of previous healthcare related administrative experience preferred.

Skills/Specialties/Technology:

Experience with an EMR system preferred.
