Job Description

Shape the Future of Healthcare Education Lead the partnerships that help shape the future healthcare workforce. Join Pace University and play a pivotal role in connecting students with the clinical experiences that launch successful careers. Pace University is seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to serve as Director of Clinical & Community Partnerships. In this highly visible role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and public health partners to ensure exceptional experiential learning opportunities for students across our health professions programs. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategies to grow clinical and community partnerships that support student placements. Serve as the primary liaison to hospitals, health systems, clinics, public health agencies, and community organizations. Negotiate and manage affiliation agreements and partnership contracts. Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure sufficient, high-quality clinical and fieldwork opportunities for students. Monitor placement capacity, partner performance, and program outcomes using data-driven approaches. Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and institutional requirements. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field (doctorate preferred). 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare partnerships, clinical education administration, academic health systems, or a related setting. Experience developing and managing external partnerships and negotiating affiliation agreements. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical education, and accreditation requirements. Experience with clinical placement management systems and academic health sciences environments is a plus.
