Full-Time Hiring Immediately St. Xavier Home Care Services is seeking an experienced and motivated PSR Assistant Supervisor to support our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program. The ideal candidate will be organized, clinically knowledgeable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services to children, youth, and families. Responsibilities Assist the Program Supervisor with daily oversight of PSR staff and service delivery. Provide clinical guidance, support, and supervision to assigned staff. Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans. Ensure treatment plans are person-centered, clinically appropriate, and completed within required timeframes. Submit and follow up on service authorizations and reauthorizations. Monitor authorizations, service delivery, documentation deadlines, and treatment-plan due dates. Review progress notes for completeness, quality, timeliness, and alignment with treatment goals. Participate in case conferences, treatment-team meetings, and quality-assurance activities. Address service gaps, missed visits, staffing concerns, and barriers to engagement. Coordinate with families, care managers, schools, providers, and community partners as appropriate. Support staff training, coaching, corrective action, and professional development. Ensure compliance with agency policies, OMH requirements, confidentiality standards, and documentation expectations. Maintain a small caseload, as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral-health field required. LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or other applicable New York State professional license preferred. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families required. Experience with PSR, CFTSS, HCBS, care coordination, treatment planning, or behavioral-health services preferred. Experience writing treatment plans and managing service authorizations required. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical documentation, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and community providers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Pay:
$24.50 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
