Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the clinical services department, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Oversee the daily operations of the clinical services department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure timely interventions Maintain accreditation and certification standards, ensuring continuous quality improvement Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resource sharing Participate in leadership meetings, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a clinical or leadership role in a behavioral health setting Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) Credentialed as an Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)

Strong clinical knowledge and experience in evidence-based practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems
What We Offer:
