Compensation Range:
$109,000.00 - $163,600.00 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial leadership for assigned clinical areas, with a strong focus on high-cost advanced therapeutics, including gene and cell-based therapies, and multi-divisional medication access and infusion programs.
Essential Functions:
- + Oversees multi-divisional clinical activities, including medication access and delivery programs, infusion centers, outpatient therapeutic programs, and cell and gene therapy initiatives.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- + Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, or financial management, including 3 years of which in a managerial or leadership role required. + Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
