Responsibilities As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will: Schedule and manage patient appointments Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures Answer and route incoming phone calls Verify patient insurance coverage Obtain and process referrals and authorizations Update patient demographics and medical records Provide exceptional customer service and patient support Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of medical office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred

Pay Details:
