Tully Hill is accepting applications for an experienced professional to join our Leadership Team as the Clinical Director. The Clinical Directoris responsible for providing leadership and strategic planning of clinical services for patients seeking treatment for substance use disorder. Provides oversight of inpatient and outpatient clinical programming to ensure regulatory compliance. Will lead, monitor and supervise clinical staff in providing quality counseling services in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team providing medical services. Will motivate and inspire the clinical team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication and encourages bonding of team members across departments. Will work collaboratively with all departments to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families and quality improvement projects. Position reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include the 24-hour management of the Clinical Department to ensure that counseling services are carried out in accordance with facility policy and in compliance with CARF standards and
