Chiropractic Assistant / Front Office Coordinator Driven Wellness | Wappingers Falls, NY Full-Time (25-30 hours/week)

You'll be greeting patients, assisting with therapies, moving throughout the office, helping keep everything organized, and creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until they leave feeling better. Responsibilities Welcome and check patients in and out Schedule appointments and answer phones Assist patients with therapies and treatment flow Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with patients before and after appointments Help keep the office running efficiently Work closely with our doctors and team Jump in wherever needed to provide an outstanding patient experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and personable Passionate about helping people Positive and energetic Organized and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a busy office Professional with excellent communication skills Self-motivated and willing to take initiative A team player who enjoys learning and growing Healthcare or chiropractic experience is a plus—but it is not required. We can teach the skills. We can't teach enthusiasm, kindness, and a great attitude.
