Job Description

Assistant Dental Practice Administrator We are seeking an experienced Assistant Dental Practice Administrator. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive experience in dental office administration and practice operations. Individual will be highly organized and detail oriented with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and patient focused mindset.
Some Basic Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of practice management experience while working cohesively with all team members Assist in managing all daily operations: scheduling, record keeping, clinical and financial Oversee and maintain compliance with all office policies and regulations as well as all healthcare regulations Support fiscal management activities including budgeting and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the practice HR responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising all team members, staffing, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations Do you have proven experience in a dental office management setting?
