Established private practice with multiple Long Island locations Positive, energetic, team-oriented culture Therapist-owned practice focused on quality care—not high-volume treatment Approximately two patients treated per hour Modern, fully equipped orthopedic facility Strong referral relationships and established patient base Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Responsibilities As Clinical Director, you will: Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff Foster a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and outstanding patient experiences Assist with clinic operations and day-to-day leadership Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate electronic documentation Help continue the growth and success of the West Babylon clinic Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active New York Physical Therapy License Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred Orthopedic experience required Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient care and team development

$110,000-$140,000+ annually , based on experience, leadership background, schedule, and performance.
