Job Description

Monday to Friday day time/ Per Diem position Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents. Assists residents with self-administration of medications as directed by Registered Nurse and as ordered by Medical Provider. Also assists in general supervision of the facility, and other related functions and tasks as assigned by the ALP Administrator.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older. Must hold a certificate as HHA. Must be fluent in English and have adequate written and verbal skills to be able to communicate effectively with patients and other professionals, and be able to document clearly in charts and reports. Satisfactory completion of New York State Department of Health approved certified Nursing Assistant program or certified Home Health aide training program. We are an
