We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Rehab Aide / Patient Care Coordinator . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, being part of a healthcare team, and helping a clinic run smoothly. The role combines patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative responsibilities.
