We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Rehab Aide / Patient Care Coordinator . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, being part of a healthcare team, and helping a clinic run smoothly. The role combines patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Rehabilitation Support Assist physical therapists with patient care and clinic flow Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions Assist patients with exercises and activities under the direction of the physical therapist Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment Help ensure patients have a positive experience from arrival through discharge Patient Care Coordination / Front Office Duties Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and assist with patient questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect copayments and assist with front desk operations Verify patient information and assist with paperwork Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies as needed Qualifications Previous healthcare, physical therapy, athletic training, exercise science, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Candidates This position is a great opportunity for: Students pursuing physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, nursing, or another healthcare profession Individuals with rehabilitation aide experience Someone looking for a long-term role in outpatient healthcare Benefits & Perks Flexible scheduling Opportunity to gain hands-on healthcare experience Supportive team environment Potential for growth within a growing practice If you enjoy helping people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a patient-focused healthcare team, we would love to hear from you!
