Position Summary Professional registered nurse who provides clinical expertise and hands-on instruction to new and/or current staff nurses in the role as Clinical Coordinator. Instructs the provision of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation in respective clinical area according to policies and procedures. Effectively interacts with the patient, family members and healthcare team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing. Also responsible for supporting the established philosophy and framework of Nursing Administration, and the promotion of safe, appropriate and cost-effective nursing care.
