Position Overview:
We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Front Office Lead / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in our North Olmsted office. This important position requires a candidate who believes in professionalism, possesses solid experience in healthcare or private practice office operations, and has demonstrated in their career a strong commitment to client-focused services. We have a dynamic yet organized and positive work environment and are looking for a similar candidate to compliment our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The position's key responsibilities can be summarized in three main areas: 1) Coordinating Front Office operations and working with Providers and Clients 2) Directly performing scheduling and Front Office activities 3) Directly performing billing operations and claims management and coordinating with resources.
Summary:
Working Coordinator of the Front Office operations & scheduling:
  • Client scheduling, in-bound/out-bound client calls, email, check-in/out.
  • Filling client cancellations/no-shows, client wait-list management.
  • Daily workflows of appt reminders, re-schedules, records management, provider schedule coordination.
  • Coordinate client information, authorizations, and renewals as needed.
  • Coordinate Front Office team's work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
Ensure the Front Office team is doing what is needed and paying attention to detail. Resolve various scheduling challenges consistent with professional practice standards. Guide Front Office workflows and client communications, resulting in positive client care and experience. Coordinate with company Back-Office/Operations. Daily and weekly workflows / Front Office responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements:
5 to 10 years of direct experience in healthcare or private practice office operations, and a significant focus on healthcare scheduling and systems. Minimum 5 years experience of direct supervision and leadership responsibility. Demonstrated record of delivering high-quality customer service with excellent communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving. A stable work history demonstrating commitment and growth. A strong sense of ownership for one's work which is essential to success in this position.

This position is office-based, in North Olmsted. Candidates should live reasonably nearby.
Note:
Our healthcare offices and building are smoke-free and fragrance-free.
