Job Description

DEFINITION
The case assessment specialist is responsible for evaluating and coordinating potential patients through the continuum of care into rehab and proactively plans and functions as the liaison between patient/family and/or referral sources with the rehab hospital; build and maintain markets for rehab programs, services, and physicians and to attract and satisfy patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. Valid Oklahoma drivers license and automobile insurance verification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written) 2 years experience in a health care setting;rehabilitation facility preferred Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
