Yukon Kids Dental is looking for a dedicated and skilled Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming and friendly first impression Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient daily flow Verify insurance and collect patient information accurately Manage incoming calls, texts, and patient communication professionally Assist with patient check-out, including treatment review and payment collection Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
1+ year of dental or healthcare front office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software and insurance processes preferred Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
