Oregon City, OR Salary:
$90,000-$110,000 per year (based on licensure and experience) Monday-Friday Schedule | Weekend Clearance Coverage Spark Wellness is seeking an experienced and compassionate Co-Occurring Clinical Director to lead our SUD treatment programs. This leadership role provides operational and clinical oversight for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), DUII, and Telehealth services while ensuring high-quality, client-centered care and regulatory compliance. If you're passionate about developing clinicians, strengthening programs, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for multidisciplinary clinical teams. Ensure compliance with Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), MHACBO, and Joint Commission standards. Oversee documentation quality, treatment planning, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and collaborate with agency leadership. Maintain a limited caseload of 3-5 clients and facilitate up to two therapeutic groups per week as needed. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or QMHP-eligible in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 309-019-0105). Active Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, CADC-III, or other qualifying independent behavioral health credential. Minimum five years of behavioral health experience, including at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, clinical operations, and quality improvement. Ability to pass the
