Position Summary The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality, compassionate dental care, smooth clinic operations, and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible, strengths-based care.
