Possess solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis Understand the cognitive, educational, social, and vocational challenges experienced by the clients we serve Ability to use behavior-analytic principles with our clients to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behaviors Able to develop, review, and update individualized treatment goals based on each client and family's needs Can communicate effectively with and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including staff, families, and community members Can conduct initial functional assessment, behavior plan development, and caregiver training Ability to comfortably support BTs and coach them on technical and soft skills as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field is required PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required 1-2 years of supervisory ABA experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania background clearances Reliable transportation for community-based services

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for company operating hours No weekends or nights
