Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring the practice operates efficiently while supporting an outstanding patient experience and a positive team culture. The Practice Administrator oversees day-to-day business operations, partners with clinical and administrative teams, and helps drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture. Lead by example through exceptional customer service and professionalism. Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, treatment coordinators, and administrative team members. Partner with leadership to support operational goals and practice performance. Develop and monitor office production goals and review schedules for efficiency. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and recognize success. Partner with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and develop team members. Manage employee performance, coaching, and conflict resolution. Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports. Provide treatment coordinator coverage as needed. Monitor clinical workflow and office efficiency. Address patient referrals, reviews, and concerns promptly. Coordinate office training and professional development opportunities. Ensure the office maintains a professional, organized environment. Coordinate vendor relationships, maintenance, and facility needs. Establish and monitor operational goals with leadership. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous management or leadership experience. Experience in medical or dental practice. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). Preferred Experience with practice management and HRIS software, such as Paylocity.
