Clinical Director / Program Director About Beyond Addiction Beyond Addiction Halfway House is a premier substance abuse treatment center dedicated to helping women overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our team is committed to empowering our clients on their path to long-term recovery. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services in accordance with state and federal regulations. This individual will provide clinical supervision, support professional development, and maintain compliance with treatment protocols and licensing requirements. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in upholding the mission, vision, and values of Beyond Addiction. Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical supervision to counselors, interns, and other designated staff. Ensure all clinical documentation meets standards set by regulatory bodies (e.g., DHS, DDAP, CARF). Oversee case assignments, treatment planning, and review of client progress. Facilitate weekly clinical supervision meetings and staff development sessions. Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical personnel. Maintain a limited caseload, as needed, and provide direct services when required. Monitor client care to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services. Participate in program audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and administrative team to improve program services and outcomes. Stay current on best practices in addiction treatment and supervision standards.Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.Licensure:
Current Pennsylvania license required (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar). CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in substance abuse treatment; at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of clinical treatment modalities, electronic health records, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Halfway House setting Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs. Experience with co-occurring mental health disorders. Work Environment & Schedule Primarily on-site in Carbondale, PA. Monday-Friday with occasional evenings or weekends based on program needs.
