Responsibilities:
MA DUTIES
Room patients, patient calls, booking appts, other responsibilities as assigned. Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars. Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation. Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation. Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence. Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems. Maintain accurate patient information and records.
