Established contractor who values their employees Competitive salary & benefits About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction company experiencing continued growth and seeking a Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensure financial performance, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with field leadership to deliver exceptional results. Job Description Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project financials and ensure profitability goals are met. Support field operations to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Strong project financial management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Construction project management expertise. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Contract administration and risk management. Scheduling and resource planning. Strong proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
