Job Description
Inpatient Clinical Supervisor Arkview Behavioral Health is looking for an Inpatient Clinical Supervisor near Chambersburg, PA for an inpatient facility serving adults with mental health disorders. Are you a dedicated Clinical Supervisor looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, supportive environment? Our inpatient treatment center is seeking a passionate professional to join our fast-paced, collaborative clinical team.

Profit Sharing Plan What We're Looking For:
- A dynamic candidate with a knowledge of clinical assessment methods, individual and group therapy techniques, as well as knowledge of residential treatment programs is preferred.
- Inpatient experience is a plus, but not required
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting and willing to roll up their sleeves and build/support a clinical team for a new facility
- A clinician with a heart for helping individuals through challenging transitions and healing journeys
- A clinician who has a license (LCSW, LPC, etc.) or is license-eligible is preferred. A Masters degree, including a practicum, is required.
