$18-$25 per hour We are looking for a highly organized, compassionate, and dependable professional with experience in home healthcare, patient care coordination, caregiver scheduling, intake, or healthcare administration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and caregiver schedules Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals Manage schedule changes, call-offs, and staffing needs Follow up on patient needs, concerns, and satisfaction Maintain accurate documentation and schedules Assist with intake and service coordination Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Qualifications Spanish-speaking is a MUST Previous home healthcare/home care experience

REQUIRED
